Can someone please tell me where I can order Huddleston trout swimbaits for the best price? Also, I plan to use them at Berreyessa, Contra Loma, and maybe San Pablo. Can anyone tell me if I should order the 5 rof for these lakes, or lighter/heavier? Is the hook on top of the bait usually sufficient for a good hook set, or is the lower hook absolutely essential?
Thanks for any advice.

Re: need huddleston advice
I order directly from Huddleston. Orders over $50 are free shipping and no sales tax. Just buy two and you are set. If you are only going to buy a couple, the ROF 12 is the best all around. There are many different ways to rig a Hudd. Go to Fish Chris's site and he shows a great way. I almost never use a bottom hook since I like to hug the bottom with the bait. For 6" I don't use any trap hooks, for 8" I will rig one back by or behind the dorsal fin.

Re: need huddleston advice
Thank you for your advice. I tried looking for the huddleston company website, and thru google suggested it was huddlestondeluxe.com, but when I click on it, it wouldn't open. Do you happen to know how I can get in touch with them to order?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: need huddleston advice
Just so you know the ROF 5 and 0 dont come with the top hook. Only the 12 and 16 do. I tried out a ROF 5 about 2weeks ago and I would rather be throwing a ROF12. The ROF 5 was at one of the places you mentioned. So my sugestion would be to get your self a ROF 12 it come with that top hook and I think would fall better for these places. I hope this helps!!!

Re: need huddleston advice
Thanks everyone for the advice. I think I'll start out with a ROF 5 and a ROF 12, and rig it according to Fish Chris. Now if I can only catch and release my first double digit bass.
