New Lamiglas Excel Rods
New Lamiglas Excel Rods
Has anyone gotten to fish with the new Lamiglas Excel rods yet? I just got one of the new Excel 705 casting and I like it, as I snapped my Certified Pro 705 after a good of 4 years of tournament abuse. I am happy that Lamiglas has started to use split grips, and they are using some different guides on the Excels.

I got two of them in the mail a few weeks ago. They are awesome, and even better when you see how much they cost. $99-$109 is a great deal. I ordered a XL 703S for shaky heads and a XL 735C for frogs and light flipping. They are light and feel great.
