Non Boater wanted for Reg #8 with the Fed

Looking to get someone that will sign up as a non boater for the new Reg for the fed I'm looking to do all of them as a boater not going to do what I did the last 2 years with ray in this reg

So if your looking to be locked in as a non please let me know

I got it along with a few others Jim

Just so everyone knows these are a draw event so you will not be fishing with me pre say unless I draw you, what I'm looking for is just a non boater that wants to fish them and this way were both locked in to fishing the trnys just like signing up for a pro / am with a pro
