Obama is lying by not telling the whole truth – he does not tell that President Ronald Reagan reduce the 76% marginal tax rate down to 28%, then had to raise because it was too low.

I expect self serving crap from any president, they are politicians and can't help themselves. Obama has taken this to a level never seen before, its been non stop bs from this guy for going on 4 yrs. now, I am amazed at how brazen some of it is, anyone with a brain can navigate through his half truths and outright lies with a little research. You would think he had a clue by now, instead its getting worse.
