US OPEN

Post by Brian Linehan »

Heard that Joe Uribe was leading the Open with High 14's with Aaron from Anglers in second. I'm not sure how reliable my source is, but I thought y'all would want to know. Good job guys.

How about those Anglers Marine staffers who are in 3 of the top 4 spots. The wind is supposed to blow 25 today so the bite will be much better. Look who is lurking around the top 10, Aaron Martens, man is that guy good. Has not seen the lake in a year, had no practice and the water is 13 feet lower than last year. Got to watch Tim Klinger do his flippen thing yesterday, and he is a machine. Little Joe is on a great roll and is very confidant he can win. That would be awesome. Kyle was going to try for a big bag today as the wind has changed directions and he is pumped up. Should be exciting. I will try to give "live coverage". Rick G.

the other Aaron....

It's great to see Aaron Haring leading the pack. That's probably the first time he's been listed ahead of Aaron Martens, aside from in the phone book. Go get 'em brother!!!!!!!!

The weather is awesome right now......I'm working instead of fishing, and dreaming I was there.....but I haven't seen the winds yet.....so I think they had another beautiful day on the water....sucks for those looking for the reaction bite....the weather in town can be different than the lake, so who knows

Disregard my weather update as of 11am.....when I left work at 3pm it was blowing pretty good in town......so, for once the weatherman was right......is there another job that you can be correct 10% of the time and still make a living???? :D
