I need the side nut for my cruxis as it fell to the drink also is there any way I can get a metal washer for the handle? The plastic one I have is bent and won't stay straight and doesn't retrieve correctly.

What washer are you talking about? You can order any parts you need by calling 877-577-0600.

Well on my reel on the side when you take the handle off there is a washer that is made of plastic on the reel.

That washer is for the drag click feature. We do not offer one made out of metal and there is no need for this part to me metal.
