Congratulations to Howard Hughes of Redding, CA for winning the beat the highest finishing World Boat Outlet, Inc. Pro Staffer.

Howard actually finished 4 spots ahead of Kevin Stewart but as was announced many times, the winner needed to be present to actually win this prize. 3 names were called and 3 anglers were not in attendance at the awards to accept there prize. Howard even said that he stuck around only for the chance to win the Power Pole 8' Pro Series.

I guess it pays to stay around for the awards!
