Petition to Change FLW Events

FLW has made the college regional events of the 2019 Fishing season to take place on Fridays. Previously tournaments were held on Saturdays which minimized the school teams and Student-Anglers would have to miss to fish an event. Moving the event to Fridays now puts fishing above education and creates a more difficult situation for College anglers. We, the college bass fishing community, are Student-Anglers and our status as students should come first in the eyes of the FLW. Tournament dates should then be moved to Saturdays for the 2019 tournament season thus allowing a better academic and fishing experience for all anglers.
