Phenix rod warrenty ?...

any one ever had to deal with phenix over a broken rod ?... how fast is ther turn around ?... do they pay return shipping ?...

Everyone at Phenix is good people 1(562) 924-5400. I have been dealing with them for a long time. Fortunately knock on wood I have never broke one. dealing with other rod companies I have had to pay for shipping on the return. I can tell you shipping wise there usually pretty fast when I order rods usually only takes few days to come on that brown truck.
