I dunno about burgers but i know where you can get some gnats for lunch! They are already getting thick in franks!

With out a doubt it has to be Wimpy's. Or if you spend enough time at lost Island drinking Mai tai's their food starts to taste good too.

No burger for the price can top Orwoods Okie Taco ! Image

Lake -- When I was going to collage- Union was the stop off place on Wed and Fridays for the lingere show on the drive home.... I was underaged and very poor.... Thankfully I drove an '82 VW Diesel that got 42mpg to help assist me in stopping there to look.

-- Hackerz- It may be the Rusty Porthole you are thinking of? They also used to have a dinner special of beer battered/ deep fried Cod on a certain night. -- They gave us SO MUCH for 2 adults and 2 childs plates that we ate the left overs as dinner AGAIN !!

You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.

The best kept secret for a burger and beer is Windmill Cove. It's right off the main channel over by Stockton.

Best food I have ever eaten on the delta has to be the steak lunch I had there 2 years ago with a buddy of mine who is now in Iraq. As we pulled into telephone cut my partner asks me "are you hungry" I was like "oh yeah when am I not hungry" So my buddy Eric proceeds to pull out this little Webber BBQ and went to town cooking us up one of the best BBQ steak lunches I have ever had. I wish that I could have someone willing to do this every time I'm on the water. Wait that would mean that I would have like 4 steak lunches a week. Nawwwwwwwwww that’s to much damn steak... LMAO.

Union Point... much better than everything else. The eye candy during the summer time is great too.

No I fished all day Sat and Sun. After the experience at Havasu I realized that from the back of the boat you really don't need to practice all 4 days. Especially when you're at the mercy of the draw. The delta isn't going to change that much and if it does I know what to do (... probably going to eat those words later... ) :)

Just look for me at the weigh in. I'll be the guy up there eating crow! :)

Enjoyed a cheeseburger at Union Point Sunday and they are always tasty, then add the deep fried shrooms...mmmm.

Gail makes the BEST Mai Tai on the planet, only have one if you're driving!

The place next to Russo's makes a killer cheeseburger as well.
