I didn't get to read your post but by the sounds of the replies you have gotten.................. it really dosen't sound like you were speaking to highly of Mike Long.

Tom what did he say that was so bad that you had to have his post erased and he had to come on westerbass to defend himself like he did nothing wrong? MP

Hey Mike -

Just the same old typical bullcrap jealousy stuff. No worries - the guy obviously has a bone to pick with someone and isn't man enough to handle it in person or directly.

The post is fully removed now.

Wow. I only know Zach from him purchasing some baits from me a few times. I have always found him to be very helpful as he seems to visit a few of the same sites I do. In fact this was so surprising to me that you say he goes on to rip people all the time I had to look it up.

I read through every post he made and did not find anything negative. I'm not trying to start something, just wondering if you are thinking of the right person. Zach has actually posted several helpful tips on Swimbaitnation. I don't know what the last post was all about, but did hear through the grapevine that the staff at swimbaitnation completely changed his post to make it look like he flamed some other people or something. It just sounded real odd what I heard.

Tom, why would a moderator change somebody's post instead of just deleting it or warning them? It just don't seem right to make a statement for somebody else like that....

I stand Corrected - My apologies

1. Zach has made several helpful posts and should be commended for doing so.

2. I am not sure why it was modified instead of being deleted. Problem is if you delete it, it deletes all the responses. I was at a show, so I didn't do the moderating myself. It is correct now and will be handled this way from now on. Some of the responses had helpful or posts that were acceptable so deleting the post will delete other posts that were acceptable.

I actually, have not personally seen the original post (pre modification) . Fact is, it should have just been deleted. Today is when I removed all contents of the message and replaced it with "POST BY %username % HAS BEEN REMOVED BY MODERATOR

From now on that is how it will be handled.

Again, my apologies for my mistake in this! I do not apologize for removing the post!
