Gator from this site could build you one. Find his name, click on it and send him a Private Message.

Bigfishtools.com also builds sites.

Hope these help.

you need to figure out if you are just going to be presenting info, or if you are trying to run it with an eye towards generating revenue or selling product.

if its just presenting info then there are enough website tools around for you to do it yourself for little if any cost. dig thru templatemonster.com or some other template site and find a design that you like, I point people to lunarpages.com for hosting, godaddy.com for domain name registration and google for html coding help

the other suggestions above are on target too

as you edge closer towards having a site that is trying to drive revenue or sell product things become more complicated and development costs begin to rise, the more complicated the more cost

the best way to save money and get your site done quickly and inexpensively (sp??) is to have a tight written plan on what you want. As a developer I can tell you that there is nothing worse than a client who has no spec, no real idea of what the target is and wants to do it "for cheap". you need to develop a written plan, break it out into phases and deliverables with milestones - makes it easier to price and keeps everybody on the same page. my .02

While there are many options, one easy and affordable solution is to go to www.1and1.com. For 2.99 per month, they will host your site, register your domain, give you email accounts with your domain and they have site templetes so you can easily build your own site.

If you want to upgrade to a pro web site, no problem, just upload it.

For 36.00 a year, it is a smoking deal and they are one of the top hosting companies in the country. I have been using them for about 2 years with no complaints.
