Variety of plastics, slow, and the bites will be few!!!! I'm going to guess 6-8 lbs a day on the pro side will make the cut, 37 lbs to win. 26 lbs to win the co side.

Drop shotting & Jigs

Someone may find a good crank bite, but I would throw a drop shot and jig all day if I were fishing.

Jeff has it pretty much right....jigs and drop shot.....those two should do you......I think the fishing will be better than we think....we are in the 70's right now and next week we will be in the mid to high 60's.....over night lows are in the 40's and may push into the 50's....no telling on conditions two weeks from now....we could get a cold front and be in the 20's or get a ridge of high pressure and be in the 80's.....Late February is always GOOD fish (notice I didn't say good fishING, just good fish), not quantities.....so I think it will take 25-30 to make the cut and 40-45 to win it.....there will be some bags in the 15 pound range, but I think there will be lots of 7 and 8 pound bags......get that 9 pound average and you will be fishing on Saturday.....11 pound average will win it!! just my .02
