does this years Classic coverage SUCK! I watched day 2 last night and there was more drama then fishing and the sad thing about it is its all common scence stuff. Like the Skeet spif If you fish tournaments long enough to make it to Skeets level then you know your family suffers in this game and for the ones who say there is no strain they are lying to be good requires time on the water ALOT OF TIME.

Next the whole Biffle thing, come on! guys have been doing that since back in Ray Scott days of bassin it goes with the torritory they can be friends and bs all they want on the dock but when there out there on the water and its time to go to work its every man for himself they are all there to win!

Next Gerald Swindal COME ON MY SOUTHERN DUDE!!!!!! How stupid or STAGED WAS THAT? And the list goes on and another observation I found, WHY IS IT ALWAYS ESPN'S POSTER BOYS THAT ARE INVOLVED IN THE ANTICS? (sorry caps stuck) Always the same group of guys.

I want to see what my PRO is fishing, what he is using , how he is using it, what his real mental attitude is. Hey ESPN thier are plenty FAKE reality shows on TV. Less drama and more fishing!

Nope not just you Dom-IT SUCKED!!! I am still against these guys all having to use a Triton boat! these guys have sponsor that support the ALL YEAR long then boom-sorry you cant use your sponsors boat you have to use and advertise for their competetion!
Such ESPN BS.....the Swindle thing got old after the 200th time I saw it.....and let me tell ya if they would have dragged that weigh in out any longer I believe I woulda went and whooped the neighbor! Jesus I miss Ray Scott and fish Fishburne...they may be a great tournament org and all but espn should have stuck to tennis and golf cuz they suck worse every year at Fishing! yep it sucked showed ppls familys a lot of non fishing related stuff. but u have to look at this from a diffrent point of view. there are a whole bunch of non bass fisherman that watch the classics too. altho we want to watch them actually fishing showin use wat kind of lures ect. there tryin to make a tv show. for example when u watch fishing with rolan martin. half of the stuff u see is him talkin about his sponsers and all that stuff. u maybe get 10 minutes of really watchin him fish. and the rest are camercials. altho we all love to watch them fish and tell us how they wackin them. its a tv show come on.

I will say that a production like this is why I LOVE a show like True Bass. Kudos Justin for producing one of the most informative fishing shows I've ever seen. You should offer a boxed set of the shows for sale I'd pay for each and every one. (And the wife would then get off my case for having our DVR just about filled with saved True Bass programs.)

How is all the extra footage going to help the sport. By portraying bass fisherman as uncaring family men. I would like to see a professional sport that doesnt have a family that has had its time cut short. I didn't see any of the extra footage that will help anyone who doesn't fish relate to anglers or fishing. If they need to show how hard it is to be a pro then show more footage like Takahiro( not sure if I spelled that right). I liked that portion of that and it showed how dedicated he was. Not Skeets wife crying because she missed him and his kids not wanting anything to do with him. I didnt even see what Kevin's weight was for day 2.

Thanks Gator I may take you up on that. I actually have them on the DirectTV HD receiver so I'm not sure if that's truly TiVo or not, the UI is so I believe it is.....and I really want to burn them to DVD if at all possible (which I believe is possible as well...)

Hey basstamer I have watched most of the tournaments for BASS and FLW and i thought they always used Triton boats in BASS and Rangers in FLW no matter what manufacturer they were sponsored by the entire season. Let me know if my eyes are mistaken.
