With it coming earlier this year, will our cell phones, GPS, computers, etc. change automaticly?

Unless you applied the DST patches for Microsoft operating systems your pc will not switch automatically. This site from Microsoft provides information on DST. http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_dst

As far as cellphones, GPS and other devices check with your providers.

Good question. I would not expect this to happen automatically for all of your devices. Cell phones I would expect to be OK, but GPS and computers would depend on the type of hardware and software running. To be sure I'd check each one as soon as you can Sunday morning.
