Lake Otay Delivers....Big Time!

Post by JJCJR »

The WON Teams stopped at Lake Otay this last Saturday and what was promised was delivered.

John Kerr and Mike Long shattered the one day San Diego tournament record of bass caught in a tournament with a 38.57 pound stringer. This in spite of the team's loosing the first two big fish they hooked up with that morning which would have given them a frist start of over 20 ponds for two fish.

For more details on this amazing accomplishment tune in this Sunday evening to Country AM540 between 6 and 8PM when Mike Long will be one of the guest on Rod & Reel Radio.

You predicted it John. Can't wait to see the pics. I knew they would kick butt, but not like that.

All I need to get into the money would be the four I usually get along with a 20# kicker.

Listen to Mike Long talk about their catch

Post by JJCJR »

If you missed the Rod & Reel Radio show last Sunday evening you can still hear Mike Long talk about site fishing techniques, and that huge bag of fish he and John Kerr caught in the WON Team Tournament at Lake Otay last Saturday. Just click on this link:
http://www.rodandreelradio.com/archives.html and that will put you on to the archieve for the March 18th show.

Try checking out Rod and Reel Radio on Sunday evenings between 6 & 8PM. It's more than just saltwater reports and phone in callers....a lot more.
