DeltaDan's Oven Roasted Pheasant With Chestnuts

Add one box of cornbread stuffing mix. Mix- then beat 2 eggs in a cup and add to the stuffing. Then add 2/3 cup of Half and Half. Mix well- If is too dry add a skosh more of Half n Half but if to moist it wont absorb the “smallâ€
