No gossip here - just the facts.

BPS is still one of the ANCHOR stores.
Building a large shopping mall (they changed the name to a "lifestyle center") takes time and multiple gov't hoops. Good thing Manteca is growth and business friendly. Sonoma County would drag their feet for 30 years!
