I'm out of the Pits and back in the race!

Post by Ron C »

I picked up my Suburban today with a brand new GM motor in it (complete with a 3-year/100K warranty). That's the good news. The bad news is that I had to dip into my tournament money to pay for it and now I'm out of the WON BASS Delta tournament - AND THAT SUCKS! Oh well, at least I'm rolling again.

Move the Christmas fund to the Tournament Fund, fish the tourney.

Good deal Ron where did you break down, and did you call in sick Monday.

You should of told me to stay out of Bass Pro there i left broke
I spent more there than the Casino's.The only good thing is after we left BPS we went over to the Silverton for a few Bloody Mary's and ill be damned if my wife didnt get a Royal Flush at the bar playing vidio poker. She won a grand so i asked if i could have some and go back to BPS,well she said no

I am glad you got your ride back, and as far as the delta goes, it will be there next time you have a chance to go

Yes, I missed work on Monday after the race. It took me 3 1/2 hours to drive the 14 miles back to my motel room.

Fortunately, and I REALLY mean that, I made it home and blew the motor about 10 miles from my house two days later.
