Scroll to the top and look under the clubs page, tons of them in there. I know of the Bass Reapers in Fairfield, and I think there is a club in Woodland, Don't know about Davis....

I'm with medfish. Have looked too, but can't seem to find any club close by. Would love to find a club close to me. I'm in Davis.

Hey guys. Check out the Sacramento Bass Wranglers. Though we meet in Sacramento, we have member's from the bay all the way down to Sutter Creek. We all try to have fun. cost of fishing is low. $40 membership fee and $25 per tourney. We are a small club, but the more the better. We have one tournament a month except in July, August, and December. We're fair weather guys. Check out our new website. We are still working out some of the bugs on the forum and profiles. If you have any questions, direct them to basswranglers916@aol.com

I'll add my .02 about the Bass Wranglers.

I moved here from Texas and was interested in learning local lakes and making new fishing buddies. I attended a tournament and one of the monthly meetings and the guys in the club were very welcoming and informative.

I've now fished my third tournament with the club and still have nothing but good things to say about the guys.

I think I'm similar to you in that I wasn't looking for big money tournaments or anything like that. I was just interested in learning California lakes and meeting fishing partners. The Bass Wranglers have been just that.

Hope that helps.
