Smallest Fish Option @ Oroville

Who thinks it would be a good idea to embrace the slot limit at lake oroville just for fun and have a "Smallest Fish Option"????

Atleast it would put those 3-4 inchers to a better use than just gettting snagged in 6 spots when they decide to hit your spook...
