Am I the only one?

Ive owned my 03 520 for about four months now. Its been a dream come true. Boating seems to be a money pit but I wouldnt trade it for anything. Ive noticed that when cruising across the water at about 60mph I catch myself grinin ear to ear I just look around and take it all in and think man it just doesnt get any better! I know this is a drama post. But being new to this bass boat thing I dont know if it wears off or not. Man I sure hope not! I love this shiet!!

I know what your're feeling. I bought mine last summer and it's only a 16' with a 90 on the back, but I get the same kinda feeling when I'm running on the lake doing about 40mph. It would do better, but I don't run it at wot. I just love the rush I get from running it at that speed.

I've only been fishing for about 10 months now.
My main reason for getting into bass fishing was an excuse to spend more time on the water. Of course now I'm hooked.
I fish out of our family boat that cruises comfortably at 40ish but I sure would like a ski/fish. Something like a SF21 would be perfect.
But I still love every minute on the water and probably always will.

All of the open boats with the boys in them - from the 10' zodiac with a 10 , the 12' Klamath with an 18, and our current one .....

I scream WOOO HOOOOOOOOOO as loud as I can everytime we gun it to get on plane and top out for the boys.

The grins on all of us are from ear to ear !!!

Nope your not the only one, I got my Skeeter in 03 when they were teaching how to run it I had a grin 4 years later when I get in my boat that grin is still there.When im out there fishing thats when I thank the LORD for what I have.

I would say that the tournaments start to wear on me and the Bull that goes with it. Then I go with my kids and watch my 3 yr old drive the boat and I get that feeling in my gut like I'm home.

Nope, your not the only one. Ever since I was about 8 years old I wanted to own a bass boat. Well now I am 24 and own my first bass boat. Went out and bought an 04 bass cat and cant stop smilling when I think about that darn thing. The only thing I hate right now is the dang gas prices, but that won't stop my fishing time.
