Getting to Brentwood from Sac.

Hey,

I'm launching out of Russos Friday and driving from Sacramento. Is it quicker to go through Stockton, then take HWY 4 over Brentwood OR take HWY 12 over to Rio Vista then take 160 to Antioch/Brentwoord.

Seems like I always get stuck behind farm trucks on 12 and am thinking hwy 4 might be quicker.

although not the straightest route, definately shorter to Cypress Rd and Bethel Island than taking 5 to HWY4 to Sellars to Cypress.
