How do I insert a pic to a post?

Files are saved on my desktop, how do I insert them into the body of a post?

First, they can not be displayed here, directly off your PC's desk top. The pics, must reside permanantly in some location on the Internet, whether it be in our photo section, of that of a section on another site somewhere.

If you load them up to our Photo section, just copy and paste the Image link displayed at the bottom of your photo, to the post screen and yer pic will magically appear.

Or you can load that picture to another location on the web, My Photo Bucket, Yahoo, Utube, etc and paste the resident link onto your post. Then use the [Img] tab at the top, at the beggining AND end of your link, the post will then display your Pic.
