Question on basstrix fat minnows (paddle tail )

I wouldn't throw it on a jighead...use a Falcon weighted hook. That way it will stay weedless and has a better presentation.

Hi Mark, I like to throw them on a 3/8 with a 3/0 hook (purchased from a salt water tackle dealer). I don't care for the 1/2 and bigger weights, it makes the bait harder to slow roll(which is how I prefer to throw). I would be interested in trying some of the 3/16, 1/4 and 3/8 heads, were can I order. P.S. those jigs that you gave me to try at the CBAF kids bass camp (collins) were great. That purple one is great on Oroville at night also.... Thanks again Jason Bubier...
