The lake is dropping, marginal surface bite in early AM. , cranks and senkos in 12 to 18 ft rest of the day, tournament last weekend was won with 25 to 30lb 5 fish limits. Several places to camp around lake but if need hookups you might want to try to get reservations.

Thanks bud, what areas should I focus on so I dont waist time any thing in the trees? I also want a good place to camp were theres good catfishing at night any suggestions? we used to camp over by boulder gulch on the water but last year we had to move because they said there was no camping on that side.

We did not do well in trees . North fork seems pretty good . In early am try shallow rocky areas near deep water . Go deeper after sun comes up . Paradise cove is good for camping, catfish and trout also good bank fishing off engineers point and at BS beach by auxillary dam . You might also want to call Ed Cordell at Big Ed's Bait and Tackle. 1-760-379-4170.
