powell rod turn around time

How long should it take to get your replacement rod from powell ????

I've just gone to my dealer and if it's in stock they replace it over the counter.

Call 'em directly...they usually have an excellent turn-around time.

What is the Powell rod replacement policy? I just bought my second but never looked into their return/repairs policy.

Is it similar to Loomis? Break it, no questions asked, just send in $50 etc.?

I guess i should make that call then i had mine shipped off about two and a half months ago and nothing yet.
