Bimini Tops for Bass Boats

Post by Mr B »

Do any of you Family guys have Bimini Tops for your Bass Boats? During the summer I take my wife and 3 kids out in the boat and a day in the direct sun is not fun.
I have a 518 Ranger and would like to know what are the better brands. Hopefully something that can be removed when not w/ the family.

Thanks

My wife is very fair skinned and burns easilly. We go to lake Shasta for two weeks for the familly vacation and I put the bimini on for her. It's made of stainless steel and a high quality material for the fabric. It pops on and off with pins. The brackets are low profile and stay on the boat, the top attaches with pins. I have a champion, but they can be made for any boat. Give the guys at Anglers Marine in Anaheim California a call, I'm sure you could do this over the phone. You can pick your own colors as they are made to order. Not sure of the price, I got mine when I bought my boat down there. I'm leaving for the weekend, if you have more questions email me and I'll answer when I get back Sunday.

I got mine right out of cabelas. It fits perfect right over
the seating area of my boat. very low profile I want to
say it's only 36" high. It was real easy to install .
very easy to put on and take off .

If your in the Central Valley, check with Modesto Tent and Awning. They do an AWESOME!!!! job. If you give them a call ask for Dan and tell him Kelly sent you. He will be able to get you in touch with the right department.
Don't ask about my username, all I need to say is check yours and check them often.
