I have a boat that I haven't started in 2 years, I'd like to get it going again.
What would you recommend that I do to get it back in the water?
Thanks in advance,
Sean Graf

Hahaha Brent, thats a great idea!
I'd like to get this boat ready for the trout season coming up on the foothill lakes, some big ones are already being caught!
I figure I'd troll the shoreline with a Huddleston for them big bass and roll shad on the deeper side for the trout.
Heck, tell me what I need to do to get it going and I'll take you fishing!!
We'll do it soon! I'll call you.

Well first things first, Did you use fuel stablizer, where has it been sitting..Garaged, outside? Id take it in get it serviced, get some new gas then go to town.
MY BACK HURTS FROM CARRYING THIS DAMN TEAM!!!!

Basics - lower unit oil, plugs, water pump/impeller....and have a mechanic look it over all at the same time. Drain the tanks and refill them with new. Charge the batteries and give her a crank. Should be good to go.
Check your seals (lower unit and prop shaft) or have the mechanic do it.
Have fun!!

Also have a hazmat place were you can get rig of your old gas in the tank and replace your inline water seperator/filters. It is expensive ............
West Marine may carry it -- but Lowes I believe does also....... It is a "pump" with a suction hose and discharge hose that you place into a Drill. It works Great !! -- again- Disposing of the old fuel correctly is the hardest part.
Internal tank ??

You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.
