I have friday off and am going fishing.I was at the delta wed and boy,the wind was blowin!Seeing as I have a smaller boat(86 champion mean 15)I want to try and stay out of the wind this time out.I did catch a bunch of solid fish but just got plain pushed around.
I was thinking of maybe b&w for some smallies(never been there before and don't know what the wind would be like up there) or maybe berryessa.
Thanks in advance,Swampy

Re: where to fish?
If the winds up like it's up today! B&W could be ok but you will want to run to the South Mokelumne and up to Sycamore, Hog or Beaver Slough to get out of some of the wind. I haven't been up there lately but I'm not sure if you are north enough there for the smallies we usually get largemouths or stripers there.
I'm heading out there saturday so let me know how you did.
As far as Berryessa the winds can be just as bad and will keep you in he narrows.
