boat rug glue!!!! where can i buy some

the rug on my boat is coming unglued at the edges. what is the best kind of glue to buy for a small job. or should i take it to someone who knows what they r doing??? It don't seem to hard to me, I have about a 2 ft section on each side of the console that has come unglued. How long does it take the glue to cure??? how much would it cost me if i took my boat to someone who can do it??? can I buy this glue at home depo?????? please let me know , thanks you guys. I'm in Manteca area and hopeing that there is somewhere close.

for a small repair use contact cement, should hold it just fine.

Is the 3M spray as good as the marine carpet adhesive you can buy at Cabelas? Will the spray stay glued no matter what conditions?

I was just getting ready to order the glue today, but if there is a better product that I can get today, I would prefer to do that.
