Casitas Ranger "Gino" Gone ????

I heard this weekend that the Casitas PROBLEM Ranger "Gino" with the "hat" issue quit and has moved on. Can anyone confirm this?

Ranger Rob just told me ( Wed.,Oct 3) that no, he's just had his hours cut way back as they(the lake) are kinda slow. You can go see him in Ventura Harbor if you miss him.
