THE MOST FUNCTIONAL ENGLISH WORD

Post by Marty »

I sat down and figured out the most functional word in the English language. I could just tell you but you would just forget it. So I came up with some clues for you can figure it out for yourself.

You can smoke ____, buy ____, sell ____, lose ____, find ____, forget ____, and tell others to eat ____.
Some people know their ____, while others can't tell the difference between ____, and shineola.

There are lucky ____, dumb ____, and crazy ____. There is bull ____, horse ____, and chicken ____.
You can throw ____, sling ____, catch ____, shoot the ____, or duck when the ____ hits the fan.

You can give a ____ or serve ____ on a shingle.
You can find yourself in deep ____ or be happier than a pig in ____.
Some days are colder than ____, some days are hotter than ____, and some days are just plain ____ty.

Some music sounds like ____, things can look like ____, and there are times when you feel like ____.
You can have too much ____, not enough ____, the right ____, the wrong ____ or a lot of weird ____.
You can carry ____, have a mountain of ____, or find yourself up ____ creek without a paddle.
Sometimes everything you touch turns to ____ and other times you fall in a bucket of ____ and come out smelling like a rose.

When you stop to consider all the facts, it's the basic building block of the English language.
And remember, once you know your ____, you don't need to know anything else!!
If you give a ____ then tell your friends about the most functional word, but if you don't give a ____, “Oâ€

Is the word synonymous with poop?

That's pretty clever. It brightened my day!
