c'mon guys spill the beans..how is the delta right now

i am heading out tomorrow. i do not now what i am going to do. fish for bass, strippers, bluegills and strippers, or all the above..there are no recent reports so....if you guys know please share...

i am heading out of Hollands. i figure get up there early, fish franks, Mildred for strippers. when the sun finally comes out around noon target those rocks and tulles till the days is over.

any suggestions.

I had a good few hours on Friday catching Bucket Mouths of the rock walls with a chrome and blue rattle-trap and some cranks. I didn’t see to much striper activity, after the first bass I didn’t really look either.

Reaction baits!!! swim baits, rip baits, the down baits are not working that well for me lately! You will get a mixed bag of stripers, and LM.

Bring a light rod for the crappie also! There were hundreds of them by Sugar Barge a little while ago. I was using a mini jig 3/16oz chart with a mini trailer.

I agree Dan,

nothing better than fishing is colder temps and not having to use the broom stick all day!

I tried a good portion of the day cranking and ripping but came up with nothing. maybe i was too far down the river or something i do not know.

i did loose 2 hours of my day. my throttle went out. i guess there is a plastic bracket that opens and closes the throttle body open. well that broke when i arrived to Mildred. so i had to cruise back at 1500 rpm all the way to Holland!

I was just out there Wed and got fish smacked using the chrome and blue rattles . I am going back out Saturday any advice would be great!
