i know theres some hunters on this thing , i just got a new hound dog and cant figure out a name for her, any suggestions, the ole ladie recommended to name her "PETA", that way all the animal rights activists can here me yell her name at a bear tree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, anybody got any origanal names lets here them.

It is best to name the dog with a one syllable, it makes it easier for the dog to remember!

You got the dog at Christmas time – you could call her Ho Ho

An since we are trying to be political correct these days, call her Woman but you have to remove the word man leaving you with “Woâ€

I think that a dog needs a name based a little on their personalities and traits. So spend some time with the dog and a fitting name should come. Our two dogs were adopted from others that could no longer keep them, so they came pre-named, Dutch (Chesapeake) and Shadow (chocolate). But after getting to know the dogs and spending time with the two, I have since renamed them Dumb and Dumber We love 'em though. Good luck with your pup. cya

What breed is she?My 1 year old black and tan is doing awesome on bears now it is varmints,Bobcats, fox.My dogs name is myley and i have a few on reserve.Let me know the breed and i might be able to help.The bears was fun this year sense i had a dog at the tree.
