Great idea! Keep us informed and you can count me as one of the 20 boaters.

I did not post this right sorry. this turkey shoot is somthing i would like to do. so i am looking for more ideas, pros and cons sort of thing
i know most of us have fished lots of tourneys and between all of you, you got some good ideas, what to dos, and what not to dos.

please feel free to share. not just for me but for anyone who could be thinking bout putting on somthing like this.

I know for one there are some "traditions" our bass club upholds that i think take fun out of fishing tournys.
thanks

I am with Basslab, keep us posted. I live to far away to probably help much, other than at the turkey shoot, but would be interested in giving it a try. Others closer to you and that area probably could or would be better to help you set it up. Bill K :)

I wouldn't do a draw tourney, but I would fish a turkey shoot with my partner there....Say $40 a boat- makes for a great day and if one guy wants to take the money fishing by himself, he has to risk $40 instead of $20(if you went per person).. Just my .02..... Also I wounld not do more than 15 boats total because of the size of the water/ it will fish small with 20 boats and even worse if the water is down!!!!!
The only sport besides golf that you can only blame yourself !!!

I agree with Fast 492. Make it a team tourney wit 20 boats or less.
I am there.
