Disabled ex-Marine wins at Shasta!

This is one of the most heart warming stories I have ever read in tournament bass fishing. Congratulations to Matt Beller for overcoming terrific odds in life and winning the Shasta FLW Stren Co-Angler side from a wheelchair! Couldn't happen to a better person!

Seeing matt sit out there in the cold with a huge smile on his face was an inspiration to everyone. Words cannot explain how happy I am for him. RR

Very good job! At the final day weigh in Matt said he just wanted to show everyone he can still fish. Well, he did just that. Great job Matt! Hope to see you and your crew at another FLW tournament. Great story and a great guy. Semper Fi

Congrats Matt,

This was one of the coolest things that I have seen in 10 years of fishing bass tourneys.

It was great to be there and see it live.
