In what would be considered the greatest upset of all time

Post by Rick G »

the CHARGERS are in the AFC Championship. That would be awesome if they could take down the "Evil Cheatin Empire" Pats. You never know. GO BOLTS. Rick G.

Always one dreamer in the crowd. The Colts and the Chargers beat the crap out of each other today. Unfortunately the Patriots are gonna spread the Charges all over that Foxboro field like a pad of melted Parkay butter on wheat toast! Brady will carve em up like a Thanksgiving Day turley. HAR! HAR! HAR!

Give em credit, they've a good scheme for Indy, and I think getting Chambers mid season was one of the most brillant moves any team has made in years that helped to turn around a season,. And I pat the brain child on the back that finally told Turner, Hey, dummy, ya got this kid named LT, give him the ball, or yer fired! What was he thinkin prior to that? LOL They are not even gonna be on the same planet next week with the Pats.

I personally think that whole cheatin' bit was a bunch of crap, I mean, HELLO NFL, every team in the league, watches film! Aren't they ALL, attempting to steal some kind of insight in an effort to beat their opponant? We are watching THE GREATEST team in NFL history! Even though I think it's REAL weak they got mikes in the QB and Def guy's helmets these days. The Chargers will git blown away, and then they'll destroy the Packers in the highest scoring Super Bowl in history! It's just gonna happen and we as NFL fans , should sit back and root for it. Hell, at least we got something to debate with our dads and Granpas now! HAR! HAR!

Brett is the man!

Sorry but I have to disagree (I'm biased :-) - destiny is in Brett's corner this year. Green Bay will take down NY this Sunday where the point spread right now (7) is the high temp forecast for game time right now! Can you say 'Ice Bowl II" only w/o Dallas this time.

Brady vs Favre with a little old friend of our's from the Viking past, Randy Moss, who we owe a nice big hit or two on !

Brett will lead the Cheeseheads to the promised land again. And then he'll run for President HA!

I just KNEW, I could draw ya out from under that rock! Don't git me wrong, I like the Pack, hell Favre, Jennings, Crosby and Grant all rumbled me to a Fantasy football title, along with Welker, Watson and LT. Problem here is, NE has 3 loosing games ta go steal info from, to figure out how ta beat the PACK, The pack ain't got that advantage! HAR! HAR! HAR!

And I am so freakin tired of the champagne toasts every year in Miami!

Well, how would it look if you had two unbeaten teams in the Super Bowl? Somebody had to lose during the year. Best thing is they play the game on the field - not in the press.

Funny thing is how everyone out here questioned GB's hiring of McCarthy as head coach when he couldn't run a 49er offense when he was the coordinator out here. Nothing better than putting more egg on the 49er organization now with the coaches and record they have.

Just checked - high temp for Sunday is 8 degrees ! And they play an early evening game so we will be looking at ICe Bowl II for sure. We'll see if Eli can lick off the double Oreo cream in that weather.

Coming from a die hard Charger fan, I am stoked to the bone that the Chargers beat Indy. Now since we have 4 key injuries with LT,Rivers,Neal,Gates it will be tuff for the Chargers to beat the Pats. But on that account the Chargers with there high powered offense and good defense with Williams,Cromarte,Merriman and Jammers is the one team that can beat the Pats. Also why is every body bagging on the Chargers like there weak.14-2 last year and 12-4 this year. That is not weak.Everybody jumped on the Cowboys this year and they have not proved anything more then the Bolts...

Go Bolts..............

I think the only surprise this weekend could be in the NFC. Big Blue could run the table in Lambeau. The G-Men have been playing well as of late and should not be discounted they can easily win this game.

The AFC is a done deal. Sorry, a weakend Chargers team does not go into New England and win this game. I've read a lot of crap that the Patriot's may be the greatest team ever and lately I'm starting to think this ain't crap -- at all. I also always thought Joe Montana was the greatest QB ever too -- wrong again. There's a new "kid" in town who simply dominates and has made me say "Joe who?".

My prediction Giants vs Patriots in the big dance and Cooch goes fishing all damn day on Feb 3rd.

COOL! Giants and the Pats! A game for the ages. Think about it.

It could be the very first time a team ever goes 19-0 to win the Superbowl, something we might never see again in our life time.

OR

Eli Manning and the Giants win it all, make it the first time in history, two brothers at QB win back to back Super Bowls!

I like it! Sorry Stock, new possible option ta stay home and have the Shindig HERE! HAR! HAR !HAR!
