A huge thanks to all that braved the cold, windy, calm, clear, flat, choppy, you name it day last Sunday at Castaic for the 1st tournament of the A.C. Castaic Trail. Will have an article shortly about the event on the news section of the website. The results are now up on the A.C. website, http://www.usanglerschoice.net/2007resu ... value=2011 A special side note about something that happened on Sunday. Troy Lindner fell into the water during the tournament. While Troy and partner Bill Siemantel made light of the moment during the awards ceremony, I’m sure it was very scary for both of them. We are all glad that Troy has dried out and only a little sore. In most clubs and organizations you are generally not allowed to go ashore unless nature calls or in the event of illness. I’m sure that everyone has variations but I am going to put into effect the “Troyâ€
