jimmy rod & v-rod

i seen jimmy houston rods and v-rods forsale but am not familiar with them. the guy at fishermans wharehouse says the jimmy rod is a lifetime warrenty and equal to a clarus but its only $50 and the clarus $60-$70. i was also wondering bout the im graphite ratings.
now the v-rod i seen on ebay and the guy selling it says it better then the crucial but discontinue. i was also wondering but the im graphite ratings.Thanks 4 your time...

The Jimmy rod is covered by a one year warranty, not a lifetime warranty.

The V Rod has been discontinued since 2002. The Crucial rod is lighter and more sensitive than the older V-Rod. If the V-Rod was better we wouldn't have discontinued it right?

We did not rate the V-Rod with IM ratings. Loomis built this rod and I would guess it was based on the GL2 blank material. The Crucial is IM-9.
