Trojan SCS225, also have a Interstate you can have. If you want the trojan, I'll give my brother a call, he took the other trojan to see if it would fit in his freshwater boat. If it's too big for him I'll get it back and give you that one also. They worked good still but I got tired of maintaining them and switched to optima.

Trojan...

I have the cranking battery and the deep cycle pair is next for the trolling motor. My Trojan is the most reliable piece of equipment on my boat right now(man did that sound bad!).

Optimas are the way to go. They're maintenance-free, take up less room, and the blue tops are really strong. I have three, two for the trolling motor, and one for cranking. The Costco deal sounds like a great price.
A warning about buying use batteries. Every time a battery runs down to dead, it loses about a third of it's capacity. So you really don't know what you're getting if you buy used. Not a knock on the other guys or their offers. Just a word to the wise.

They still get to full charge on the battery meter(voltage meter) but I think I like the Optima's better so far, but it might be due to the new Minn Kota too. If anyone wants the Trojan's just Halla and we will work out a place and time you can get them(2 if my bro is not using the 2nd one).
