DVL LOCAL

Post by Tony Lain »

During the month of March, there are at least seven tournaments at DVL, maybe more. Should be some big sacks with a few giants, but dang! That is a bunch of tournaments even for DVL...

Rick; Thats just not right! Even Kyle has to have a bad day. Look at the HBC, we all had bad days except for Don. There is no guarantee Kyle will win everything, thats why we still enter.

hey nobody hates anybody .yeah right but in the real world the more resourses you have the easier it is to do or acomplish anything. To put it bluntly he you know who I mean has access to every piece of equip concievable with the honest knowledge of the most acomplished anglers around who are supported by his dad in some way.
Who wouldn't want that or denie it! DUHHHHH

well, i just want to tell it like it is! Ban me then! seems like anyone who talks about things knowone wants to hear gets the boot. Hippie was just doing the same.

as far as DVL ...It's over fished and if you want proof.....look at the fish! red tails and lower numbers. Why can't they just have bigger groups less often? just a thought.

Enjoy your good life Kyle.......some people have to work for it.

so ban me!

Nothing wrong with having an opinion on this site, that is what makes it fun. So for Mr. Engineer I will give you mine.

Kyle has grown up in the Bass world-True
He has been fishing tournaments since he was 7-True
He has had access to the best eqiupment his entire life, of coarse, because I do and we only sell the best equipment.
He gets and gives lots of info. Thats what fellow Anglers and Pro staffers do. Its called a TEAM.
He goes to college full time-FACT
When he is not in school, he is on the lake, practicing. That is how you win-Fact.
So, as a matter of FACT, if you want to catch more of the overfished bass at DVL, better go practice. Rick G.

P.S. Please dont think that Troy Lidtner or Scott Martin who have much better fishing dads than Kyle dont earn what they get either, because Kyle earns every penny.

I played a very high level of basketball in high school and into college and saw this jealously firsthand. Art hit the nail on the head about what his son went through. I had parents of my teammates come up to me and say some very hurtful things and it was all haterade.

Do you hate Tiger Woods because he dominates his sport? Or do you admire his skill and watch in awe? I watch in awe. Same with KVD and the pros who consistently finish in the top 10.

Anyone can tell you what the fish are doing, where they are at and what they are biting, you still have to go out there and catch them yourself. That is what truly separates the tournament fisherman who cash checks and the weekend fisherman who fish for fun and sometimes venture over into team tournaments trying to beat these guys who put in the time. Put in the time Kyle has and you'll improve at DVL. The same goes for anything you want to be competitive with. Practice is king.

If you want information, you can walk into Anglers Marine for FREE and Rick and/or Kyle will tell you what they are catching em on and where. You've still got to go out there on the weekends and outfish them when it matters.

Your all off topic. i don't care rick G. gives his kid the chance to be a good fisherman. if you got it...give it.

My point was he's trowing it in everyones face and that isn't right.

Just so theres no confusion

Post by Rick G »

I am the one "Throwing it in everyone's face" and it is in total fun to the same DVL teams we always battle out there all the time. Come and hang out here and you will see the meat slung all week. Kyle rarely if ever post's on here because of confusion just like this. Feel free to come into the store and Will, John, Doug or I will be more than happy to help you out. My other suggestion is a guide trip with either one of the "Arts" that guide there, Art Hill or Art Berry. Rick G.

You're all BANNED!...... except for Tony and Kyle and maybe Rick,

Kyle, Tony, I'll expect a full report on what your using and a marked map of DVL immediatley. We'll get to the bottom of this one way or another. Rick, I may let you stay on provided you go straight to the adoption agency and file the forms to adopt me, my equipment sucks, I assume adoption comes with equipment .. right?
