they are an excellent rod builders website with fantastic customer service. Check out the Fuji ECSM reel seats, these have the exposed blank and come in sizes up to 17mm ID.

check with the rods rack in hayward. he can answer ur questions and has lots of parts too

I'd use a 17mm, unless you have real small hands, I build all my rods using Fuji exposed and non-exposed reel seats using a 17mm very comfortable on the hand. Steve
