You might try Orwood resort. 24hr access, electricity for chargers, alarms on each unit and for around $200 you get unlimited launches at orwood ramp which is right there. Its were I keep my boat. Only trouble is when I'm going to Clear Lake it costs me about an extra hour travel time.

Parker -- There are at least 6 places from the Hwy- 4 off ramp headed to Bethel Island.

... Do you want uncovered or "garaged" ?

Off the top of my head - Hardcastles Trailors (right past the coffeshop across the street) has 24hr access with card for -- don't quote me on this .... $45-60 a Month.

Right past Live Oak where Extream Angler is/was -- is another 24 hr storage- but they have covered/enclosed units.

Same as well as across from Raley's on the left ....

Big Break Marina has uncovered - can't remember what they charge -- but they include free launch in their storage.

Call Lauritzens as well for uncovered -- and ask them for the # of the place behind K-Mart that is uncovered and asphalted as well.

There is also a place on Live Oak -- Uncovered and pad locked -- cheapest of them all -- gravel parking lot- but no electrical hook-up's or anything else that I know of. ~~ Almost across from the new elementry school.

I imagine there are more on Bethel Island ... and Orwood has nice storage and ramps in the southern delta both un-covered and garaged.

Take a drive and spend 3-6 hours checking them all out for a day and fish in the afternoon later ? You can drop off your boat/trailor at a shopping center for a few hours I would imagine -- Then fish and drop it off at it's new home on your way back to the city.

I second Orwoods, my boat is there too (thanks to fisher Curtis' recommendation). Good fishing nearby, and lots of preety girlies to look at.

I got a 13.5' by 30 foot long storage garage at Orwoods with a 12 foot high roll up door for $225 a month with free unlimited launches. Peaceful, quiet, never had a problem, and my boat is inside a security coded gate with lights and power plug. It has a nice boat wash area, and my boat stays clean inside the garage. I don't have to worry about some clown jacking open my hatches stealing my stuff or having to buy a new boat cover every year because the sun beats it to death.
