OT - Got 'Er Done Today!

Just had to share, for anyone who might care... I FINALLY shot my first 300 (bowling) game this afternoon!!! I've been after it for quite some time, and finally got it done. It sure feels good!!! Thanks for letting me share!

Thanks Frank. It was 'just' a 705... went 180, 225, 300... had some issues for the first game, then got a little lined up for game 2, then went on autopilot for the last game.

Also, finished the second league going 199/264/195, so it was overall a pretty decent night on the lanes.

Never got my 300 when I was bowling...came close a couple of times...but close only counts with hand grenades and nuclear warfare

Gary - I feel your pain... this was long time coming. I shot 299 a couple of years ago and have been wearing that ring ever since. I've had a lot of 270's, 280's and a couple of 290's since that time, but there's nothing like a perfecto. Unless, of course, you shoot an 800 - that is the ultimate. I had a chance a couple of months ago and fell just a bit short.
