Has Anybody Used Ish's 12/0 Picasso Hook?

Thats a BIG hook. Is this a typo? What application would you use it for? In the description for his 7 1/2" Tube, they say to pair it up with the 12/0: http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/descpage-PIT.html

A couple of years ago when I was at the 1st Amistad Elite tournament that he won, he was talking to my boater about how hard it was for him to find the right hook for his Tora Tube. I believe he found it !
