Regarding the oil crisis

A lot of folks can't understand how we came

to have an oil shortage here in our country.

Well, there's a very simple answer.

Nobody bothered to check the oil.

We just didn't know we were getting low.

The reason for that is purely geographical.

Last Sunday evening I had Alton Jones on the Rod and Reel Radio Show. He mentioned one of the best things about being the 2008 Bass Master Classic Champion was being invited to the White House to meet with G.W.

I told Alton most likely G.W. was hoping some of Alton's "mojo" would wear off on him because he wishes he has 1/2 as good a 2008 as Alton's already had.
