For one Fire doesnt know anything about clovis, but Clovis is a great place to live. It still has that small town feel and occasionally gets the Fresno problems, but not much. If you go out hwy 180 out towards academy there is a new houseing complex that is every nice. It has an elementary school right in the middle and would be a good place to raise children. Stick with Clovis cant go wrong!!

It just depends on how much you can spend. Either way stay east of the 99 and north of Shaw (unless Clovis area then go north of shields and east of fowler is nice too.)

Lots of newer construction in Clovis area and mature homes in Fresno, but just like anything money is the key (something I wish I had more of...)

good luck
