I brought some out to swim today and i noticed that my slammer runs sideways. more of the right side of the slammer sits on top. it looks like it leans when it swims...
is their a solution?

I'm no export but I think you got a bad one. I made a homemade one that does the same thing. I'm going to work on it this week. If I discover my problem, I'll post about it.

I have two just like that, and I was wondering the same thing.
To me it looks like the bill is both lopsided and crooked on the ones that don't swim. If yours is the same, you might have to shave down the bill a bit to make it level.
Good luck!

Bend the eye screw the opposite way the bait is turning. Be careful not to make a groove in the eye screw (with the pliers) cuz it will cut your line if you tie directly to it. Lost a big fish one night because of that.

The Slammers come with a snap on clip I think so if you groove the eye, you can use thatChaozu wrote:Bend the eye screw the opposite way the bait is turning.
