Yep, Gordon at Sac Pro Tackle is the best around.

I would try to find someone close to home. There is a guy namend Todd here in Benicia who does a ton of rod and reel repairs plus makes some great custom rode. If he is not too far from you I can highly reccommend him. 707-745-4921, ask for Todd and please tell him I sent you. He replaced a part in one of my Shmano spinning reels last week. He had the part in stock, did the work while I waited, 15 minutes and charged me a total of $5.00.
